Robberies, murders, suicides, and road accidents (November 2019-2020)
Security incidents have risen markedly in the first eleven months of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. Auto thefts, robberies and murders have increased respectively by 117.7%, 56.5% and 93% while suicides and road accidents have declined by 12.2% and 33.7%.
Auto thefts: an increase of 117.7%
The number of stolen cars have increased by 117.7% during the period from January to November 2020, compared to the same period in 2019. As shown in Table No. 1 below, it has increased by 95% between November 2019-2020.

Robberies: an increase of 56.5%
Robberies have shown an increase of 56.5% during the first eleven months of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. As shown in Table No. 2 below, robberies have increased by 58.4 % between November 2019-2020.

Murders: an increase of 93%
The number of people killed during the first eleven months of 2020 has increased by 93% compared to the same period in 2019. As shown in Table No. 3 below, it has increased by 9% between November 2019-2020.

Suicides: a decline of 12.2%
Suicides have declined by 12.2% during the first eleven months of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. Table No. 4 below shows that the number of suicides has stabilized at 10 between November 2019-2020.

Road accidents: a decline of 33.7%
Table No. 5 below shows that road accidents, fatalities and injuries have respectively decreased by 33.7%, 19.3% and 34.4% during the first eleven months of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019.
