Face to Face With Tornados
Published originally by Macaw Book in 2010, the educational series was translated from English into Arabic by Eline Nour Mnnassa and published by Academia International. The story aims to introduce children to natural disasters and casts light on the means of addressing them.

On the first day, tornados are the central focus of the training. Children are informed on the tornados and insight is provided into their causes and hazards, and most importantly the recommended action to mitigate harms and rescue lives when they occur.  Readers are taken on a journey through the history’s most horrible tornados, including the Daulatpur–Saturia, Bangladesh tornado in 1989 and the 1984 Soviet Union tornado outbreak, also known as the 1984 Ivanovo tornado outbreak.
