​Decree No. 3950 dated April 27, 1960 and its amendments assigned civil servants the following indemnities:

 

General allowances including family allowance, travel and transportation allowance (home and abroad), representation indemnities, night-shift allowance, fund-responsibility indemnities (for tax collectors) and compensation for the duties assigned beyond normal working hours:

- Overtime allowance

- Flat monthly allowance

Nb: A state commissioner is assigned for each of these institutions and receives the same indemnities of attendance given to the member of the board. 

The boards of directors of governmental hospitals shall be attended to separately in future issues because they have different functions from those of the above-mentioned bodies.
