Mobile phone revenues of USD 4.6 billion
with USD 250 million for Alfa and MTC
According to official figures, mobile phone revenues for the years 2010-2013 amounted to LBP 6,991 billion, of which LBP 4,110 billion came from MTC and LBP 2,881 billion from Alfa. This means that MTC revenues represent 58.8% of the total revenues, while Alfa revenues represent 41.2%. Out of the total revenues, the two companies’ share (operational cost) is estimated at around USD 250 million (LBP 375 billion) annually.
