Mount Lebanon’s Fourth District: Christian voters have increased by 4.1%, Muslim voters by 11.4%

The number of Christian registered voters in Mount Lebanon’s Fourth District has increased from 119,312 in 2009 to 124,253 in 2017, i.e. by 4.1%. Greek Orthodox voters have increased by 8.9%, Maronite voters by 2.9%, and Greek Catholic voters by 1.9%. As for Muslim voters, they have increased from 180,471 in 2009 to 201,111 in 2017 (11.4%). Sunni voters have increased by 11.2%, Druze voters by 11.3%, and the greatest increase was among Shia’a voters (15%).
